This production was rolled with aluminum magnesium alloy sheet materials, continuously welded by imported auto argon-welding machine, the capacity is from 200 liter to 900 liter, the section of the tank can reach to 700*700, it is the best choice for heavy truck and luxury buses with the advantage of light weight, luxurious appearance, antioxidant and anti-corrosion,reduced the weight of the automobile, improved the cleanliness of fuel systems, extended the engine life, reduced the exhaust emissions of harmful substances. The company successfully developed the Chinese-patented "D"type fuel tank, round and square shaped fuel tank, combination urea pot aluminum fuel tank, pedal fuel tank and aluminum gas holder, the production meet the national IV tail gas effluent standard and has become a replacement of the existing products.
In Sep.2012, the company invested clean energy project with annual thirty thousand sets-LNG cylinder bottle, this is the alternative products more clean, green new energy vehicle fuel supply system. At present, the company developed CDPW600 series 335L,375L,450L,500L single bottle and double bottle cylinder for heavy truck, annual value of production is about 60 million RMB.
